DSA Kitchens + Joinery

The Process

Each step here can vary as all circumstances are different.

After the initial point of contact with DSA, we will make an appointment to come & see you at a suitable time, to discuss design & measure.

We will phone & email a quote to you & discuss your costing options or any variations, at this point if you decide to proceed, we will complete a final check measure & finalise your Joinery drawings for approval.

After your designs & finishes have been selected & terms agreed on, we will issue you with a contract, Installation schedule & require a 10% deposit with 40% progress payment to secure your price, order your materials & start production of your Joinery.

Before installation of your new kitchen our tradesman will remove your existing kitchen if you require us to do this, we then arrange for a plumber & electrician to come & disconnect any plumbing & electrical should you require.

If your floor needs re tiling this will then be arranged around this time.

Once your Joinery is manufactured we will contact you to confirm delivery & installation.

Your benchtops will then be installed on the same day if they are not stone, if they are stone a stonemason will be in touch to template your benchtops & start production of these tops, this installation can take place up to 10 working days after the final template check measure of your installed project.

Splashback or tiles will then be completed after the stone installation

Your new appliances & power points will now be re connected.
